Questions we hear often.
If your question isn't covered below, email the desk directly, most first-time questions come back with a one-line answer and a supporting document.
How do I get a quotation?
Send the specification, a drawing, datasheet or bill of materials, with quantity, destination and timing through the RFQ form or by email. The desk reviews the requirement against real manufacturing options and returns with the available options, trade terms and next steps.
Does Torix hold stock?
No. Torix trades against confirmed orders under matched contracts, no inventory positions, no speculative cargo. Every shipment is tied to a named buyer and an approved specification.
Which origins do you source from?
Across Asia, including China and Southeast Asia, with further origins qualified against the requirement. Origin is selected according to specification, commercial competitiveness, destination-market compliance and buyer preference, and stated in the quotation.
Can Torix work from our drawings?
That is the preferred way to work. Final quotation and production are based on an approved drawing, technical data sheet or physical sample, dimensions, tolerances and finishes fixed in writing before production.
How is quality inspected?
Per an agreed scope, fixed at contract stage: by the factory, by Torix, or by an independent inspection company appointed for the transaction. The inspection record joins the shipment document set.
Do you deliver to India?
Not at present. Torix currently does not quote domestic or import transactions for delivery into India. Sourcing from India, for export to other destinations, is available and qualified per line. Enquiries for all other markets are welcome.
What payment structures are available?
TT advance-and-balance structures and Sight or Usance Letters of Credit under UCP 600, with credit-supported terms via independent partners where approved. Every payment structure is subject to transaction and counterparty approval, stated plainly at quotation.
For complex RFQs and diligence, email is faster.
Multi-line enquiries, drawings packages, qualification packs and KYC requests often come back faster on email than through the form.
