Extend your market coverage without disrupting your direct sales.
Torix works with solar and glass manufacturers on a non-exclusive, opportunity-specific basis. We introduce requirements that fit your products, capacity, commercial strategy and account boundaries, then coordinate the buyer-facing trade when both parties choose to proceed.
Access means opportunities, not a listing.
There is no public supplier directory and no membership badge. Approved suppliers receive selective consideration for real requirements, each with product, specification, quantity, destination and timing already clarified.
Demand beyond your efficient direct coverage.
Requirements from regions, segments, applications and configurations that sit outside the coverage your direct sales team can serve efficiently.
Clarified before your line is asked to quote.
Product, specification, volume, destination, schedule and trade terms are clarified first, so your sales engineering time goes into quoting, not chasing.
Access to buyers too dispersed to serve directly.
Regional distributors, processors, independent module manufacturers, project EPCs and industrial customers that may not justify a direct sales office.
Buyer-facing trade work on our side.
Torix can coordinate buyer contracting, inspection, documentation and international shipment under the agreed transaction structure. You produce and load.
Your accounts, identified before anything moves.
Existing accounts, excluded territories and direct relationships may be identified before an opportunity progresses, and you approve each one before it is quoted.
Structured feedback from genuine enquiries.
Pricing, configuration, objections and commercial fit reported back from real requirements, whether an opportunity moves, pauses or stops.
"We already supply most of the major market. Why do we need Torix?"
That is not a reason to replace your direct channels. Torix focuses on opportunities that sit outside efficient direct coverage: regional distributors, independent processors, project-specific demand, custom configurations, trial orders, emerging regions and transactions requiring a buyer-facing international counterparty.
You decide which opportunities to pursue. Existing accounts and excluded territories can be recorded before buyer information or commercial terms are exchanged.
Keep the markets you already cover. Use Torix for incremental opportunities beyond them.
Start with one quote. Grow by results.
Non-exclusive by default, on both sides. No joining fee, no listing fee, no guaranteed-volume fiction; the relationship deepens only as trades close.
Opportunity partner
Quote one defined requirement, with no continuing obligation on either side. The fastest way to test how the desk works.
Approved supplier
Capability reviewed and on file, so your line is considered for recurring RFQs that match it, each one still approved by you before quoting.
Preferred product-line partner
Priority consideration for a defined specification or segment where your line has proven fit, quality record and schedule reliability.
Market mandate
A territory or account arrangement, only through a separate written agreement, with scope, protection and review terms stated.
Account or territory protection applies only where the relevant account or boundary has been identified and acknowledged in writing before opportunity disclosure.
What we look for in production partners.
We onboard deliberately. Qualification is per product line, and every claim a buyer sees about your line is confirmed against your documents first.
How qualification works.
A structured review before any volume is placed; timelines confirmed per review, not promised in advance.
Company file
Business registration, quality-system and product certificates, export record, sample test reports, and an origin outline where destinations require origin documentation.
Line assessment
Capability reviewed against the product line, on-site or remote per the case: output capacity, in-line QC, processing against drawings, export practice.
Trial against buyer spec
Where the buyer requires it, a sample lot runs against the approved drawing or datasheet with the agreed inspection scope before mass production.
Quoted against enquiries
Your line is quoted against matching opportunities, with your documents behind every claim and your approval before each one.
Supplier application.
Stage one is a short introduction: who you are, what you produce and where you already ship. Detailed qualification (capacity, certifications, account boundaries) follows only after an initial fit, under NDA where requested.
Asked by manufacturers.
The questions serious factories ask before working with a trading company, answered the way we answer them in meetings.
We already supply most of the major buyers in our markets. Why work with Torix?
Good. Torix should not take a successful direct account and place itself in the middle. We focus on incremental demand that is costly or inefficient for a large manufacturer to cover directly: new regions, regional distributors and processors, independent module manufacturers, project-specific EPC demand, custom drawings, trial programmes and mixed-product requirements. Keep the markets you already cover; use Torix for incremental opportunities beyond them.
Will Torix resell against our existing channels?
No. You approve each opportunity before it is quoted on your line. Protected accounts and excluded territories are recorded and acknowledged in writing before opportunity disclosure, and there is no obligation to quote a buyer or market that conflicts with your channel strategy.
Is the relationship exclusive?
The starting model is non-exclusive on both sides. A territory or account mandate exists only through a separate written agreement, when both sides want it.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no joining fee, no listing fee and no public supplier directory. Torix earns as the trading counterparty on transactions you approve, and supplier identity is disclosed to buyers only as far as a transaction requires.
When is the buyer's identity disclosed?
At the stage agreed for that opportunity. Early screening can run on anonymised requirements; full disclosure follows when both sides commit to quoting.
What happens after we apply?
A document review first, then a clear yes, no or what's missing. Where detailed disclosure follows, an NDA is signed before drawings, certificates or account information move in either direction.
One requirement is enough to start.
Apply above, or email a short company profile: capacity, certifications, current export markets and the product line you want represented. A clear answer follows the document review.
