From requirement to shipment, one accountable counterparty.
Every Torix trade runs on one template across all six product lines. The work is in qualifying manufacturers and keeping documents clean, not in re-inventing each trade. Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020; settlement follows the agreed payment structure. On Torix-contracted transactions, Torix acts as the buyer-facing seller; the transaction structure, Incoterm and responsibilities are agreed for each order.
Seven stages, requirement to delivery.
Run identically across solar modules, solar cells, solar glass, float glass, aluminium solar frames and solar mounting structures. Schedule and lead time are confirmed after technical and capacity review, stated in the quotation, not assumed.
The buyer shares the requirement
Product, drawings or data sheet, volume, destination, required certifications and commercial expectations. Torix reviews the requirement against real manufacturing options before anything is quoted.
Suitable production lines identified
Torix identifies suitable production lines based on technical capability, capacity, export experience and destination-market requirements. Origin is selected according to specification, commercial competitiveness, destination-market compliance and buyer preference.
Terms agreed, in writing
Price, Incoterm, delivery schedule, inspection scope, documents and settlement requirements are agreed in the sales contract. Commercial and settlement terms are confirmed for each transaction.
Approval before mass production
Where required, samples, drawings, datasheets and certificates are submitted for buyer approval before mass production. The approved technical document governs production.
Built, checked, documented
Production progress is coordinated with the manufacturer. Quality inspection may be performed by the factory, by Torix, or by an agreed independent inspection company, the scope is set at contract stage.
The document set moves the cargo
Torix coordinates the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, inspection documents and other agreed shipment records, matched so banks and customs read one consistent file.
Monitored through arrival
Shipment progress is monitored through arrival. Any documented quantity, specification or transit issue is coordinated with the relevant manufacturer, surveyor, insurer or logistics party.
"The structure follows the trade, not the other way around."
Depending on the products, parties and jurisdictions involved, a Torix transaction may be structured as a direct international sale, a cross-trade (third-country) shipment, a back-to-back project supply, or a multi-manufacturer consolidated supply under one buyer contract.
In-transit title transfer is one jurisdiction-specific option among these, used only where legally applicable, it is not the Torix business model. Delivery terms, title transfer and payment are three separate things: delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020, title follows the contract, and payment follows the agreed instrument.
Every contract states the named port or place, the Incoterms 2020 rule, the payment structure and the governing documents, so both sides know exactly where cost, risk and obligation sit.
