A sample or golden sample runs against the approved document, with the agreed inspection scope applied.

The buyer approves the sample and technical documents. Deviations are corrected before release, not argued after arrival.
Production release
Mass production releases against the approved document. The inspection scope and document set follow the contract.

What may be inspected, how the cargo is protected, and which documents travel with it. Inspection scope is agreed per contract, by the factory, Torix or an independent inspection company.

Can you quote from a size list instead of a drawing?
For budget purposes, yes, but production only ever releases against an approved drawing. Dimensions, holes and edgework interact with tempering, so the drawing governs.
Which thicknesses are available?
2.0 mm and 3.2 mm are the main commercial categories; 2.5 mm, 4.0 mm and others follow supplier capability and are confirmed at quotation.
How is breakage handled?
Packing configuration is agreed before production, loading is documented where agreed, and any documented transit damage is coordinated with the insurer and carrier through the claims process.
Front and rear glass together?
Yes, matched front/rear sets against the module BOM run as paired line items on one document chain.
