Aluminium frame profiles for module production, quoted against your drawing. Specify the profile, dimensions, finish and quantity for each frame set.
Aluminium frame supply range

| Processing | Cutting, drilling, punching, grounding marks and drainage holes to your drawing. |
| Corner keys | Where required, with geometry, material and fit to the approved drawing. |
| Protective film | Applied where specified, with its removal characteristics stated. |
| Tolerances | Cut-length and angle tolerances stated in writing before production. |
- Packing
- Profiles interleaved and bundled to protect the finish, in cartons or on pallets to suit your handling. Corner keys are packed and counted separately, and quantities are itemised on the packing list.
- Quality checks
- Within the agreed inspection scope: profile dimensions and wall thickness against the drawing, anodising film thickness and colour, cut length and angle, and corner-key fit. Independent inspection where agreed.
- Shipment documents
- Your quotation identifies the documents included with the order. Before placing it, confirm whether you need a certificate of origin, an inspection report or factory dimensional and anodising reports. Shipment document checklist

Send the current drawing revision for each profile. Include the details that affect fit, assembly and appearance.

Tooling and approval
Where a new profile or tooling is required, confirm the tooling scope, drawing approval and sample requirements during quotation.
Agree the approved drawing revision before production. Changes to profile geometry, finish or processing should be reflected in the order documents.

The quoted profile and material specification, manufacturer, origin, quantity, finish, price, delivery terms and schedule. Any tooling or sample costs should be identified separately.
