What we collect

Information you submit through our forms or by email: name, company, work email, phone number, enquiry details and any files you attach (drawings, datasheets, bills of materials). Basic technical logs may be recorded by our hosting provider for security. If analytics tools are added to this site, they will be disclosed here and operated with the consent controls required in the markets we target.

Why we collect it

To assess and respond to your enquiry or application, to prepare quotations, to perform contracts, and to meet legal, accounting and trade-compliance obligations. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, and legal obligation. We do not send marketing without your consent, and we do not sell personal data.

Who receives it

Service providers that deliver form submissions to our mailbox, our email and hosting providers, and, where a transaction proceeds, counterparties who must see it (for example an inspection company or bank, limited to what the transaction requires). Because Torix operates internationally, data may be transferred across borders; we limit transfers to what the enquiry or transaction requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then for the retention periods Vietnamese law and applicable trade regulations require for commercial records.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to sales@torixvn.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. You may also complain to the data-protection authority applicable in your jurisdiction.
