Who is responsible

Enquiry and supplier forms
When you submit an enquiry or supplier form, the details you enter, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number if given, product and order details and your message, are delivered to our mailbox by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form delivery service.
Attachments are optional. Any files you choose to add, such as drawings, datasheets or product lists, are delivered with the form in the same way. You can also email us directly.
If you ask to discuss financing, you can also give business financial information: your company’s turnover for the last financial year and its projected revenue for the current financial year. These figures are optional and are delivered with the form in the same way.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry or supplier introduction and to prepare and discuss quotations and orders. We use the financial information only to consider and respond to your financing enquiry.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and interactions such as quote buttons, form starts and submissions, including the product category selected, whether financing was selected and whether a file was attached. The contents of forms, including your name, email address, telephone number, message, financial information and files, are not sent to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics runs with Consent Mode. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics consent is denied by default: no analytics cookies are set, and Google receives only limited measurements without cookies. For other visitors, Google Analytics sets analytics cookies. Advertising storage is denied for all visitors.
