- Packing
- Palletised in the manufacturer's export packing, with corner protection and strapping. The container loading plan is agreed for the module dimensions, and quantities per pallet and container are stated in the quotation.
- Quality checks
- Within the agreed inspection scope: datasheet conformity of the supplied model, visual and packaging checks, and container loading checks at dispatch. Electrical performance reviewed against the manufacturer's flash data where agreed.
- Shipment documents
- Your quotation identifies the documents included with the order. Before placing it, confirm whether you need a certificate of origin, an inspection report, or the manufacturer's datasheet and flash data. Shipment document checklist

Compare the quoted model
Review the datasheet for the exact model being offered. Confirm the electrical specification, dimensions, manufacturer, country of origin and packing information.
Warranty documents should identify the issuer and the terms that apply to the quoted model. Required certificates and test reports should relate to that model and your intended market.
Coordinate modules and structures
If your enquiry includes mounting structures, attach the module dimensions and project layout. This helps identify the information needed to quote both products.
