- Packing
- Bundled and crated by bill of materials line item, and marked for site receiving. Hardware is boxed and counted, and the packing list is itemised to the bill of materials.
- Quality checks
- Within the agreed inspection scope: dimensions against the drawings, anodising film or galvanising against the specification, and fastener and hardware counts against the bill of materials. Independent inspection where agreed.
- Shipment documents
- Your quotation identifies the documents included with the order. Before placing it, confirm whether you need a certificate of origin, inspection or coating reports, or a packing list itemised against your bill of materials. Shipment document checklist

Define the supply scope
State whether the enquiry is for a complete structure or selected components. Identify the drawings, calculations and supporting documents required with the quotation.
Any engineering, design verification or site-specific assessment must be expressly included in the agreed scope.
Confirm before ordering
Check the component list, material specification, finish, connection details and drawing revisions. Confirm which accessories and fixings are included.
